MAXFORM PRESSBRAKE
Higher speeds mean more production.
To get higher speeds, CINCINNATI has made large strides in press brake design.
The MAXFORM incorporates these strides and is the most advanced press brake
ever offered by CINCINNATI. Models are available from 90 tons to 350 tons,
up to 14' lengths. The MAXFORM produces maximum productivity through fast
programming, fast setup and fast cycle speeds. Improved part consistency
is achieved with the touchscreen computer control that simplifies file management
and provides detailed setup information with each saved program. Operators
are guided through each step of the bend sequence with 3D part views.
New features designed
specifically for the MAXFORM include a high speed hydraulic system, a hardened
bolt-on ram nose for precision segmented tooling and an optional high-speed
linear motor drive 6-axis backgage. If productivity is what you are looking

CL-850 LASER
The CL-800 controls Human Machine Interface
(HMI) is easily understood and intuitive in its use enabling operators to
produce good parts independently. In a work environment where operators often
switch from machine to machine it is key to have a control where one can
be cutting parts quickly, fast and accurately. The CL-800 control excels
in this area.
The CINCINNATI HMI
has a touch screen display, easy to understand buttons and a full size keyboard.
Using the Windows Operating System, the operator feels right at home. The
HMI is located where the operator can easily monitor the cutting process
while loading and unloading the CL-800.
Rather than using cumbersome tech tables,
the CL-800 uses Dynamic Power Control (DPC), which computes optimum power
and the fastest possible cutting speed for any material on the fly.
