SPF2: Progressive Cold Forging Link
Motion Straight Side offers flexible capabilities for most stamping
applications to be completed in one progressive stroke. SPF2 creates significant
cost savings by eliminating additional non-press secondary operations,
which is a significant benefit to processes involving in-die welding, staking
or extremely tight tolerance forming.

SH1: Precision High Speed Presses
Features easy die access within an ultra-rigid unitized frame, which
allows for faster die change, simplified operation, low punching noise,
and very low total deflection. The uniquely designed dynamic balancer
provides stability and reduces vibration significantly. The overall design
allows tighter tolerance with longer press and tooling life.

SM1: Heavy Stamping Link Motion Straight Side
Features link motion technology with dwelled forming time and accelerated
slide approach and return rate, which optimize productivity and extend
tooling life. Part quality assured with minimal spring-back during forming,
and reverse shock loads on the press and tooling at snap through is significantly
reduced. Heavy duty wet clutch and brake unit enables better single-stroking
performance. Uniquely designed body frame demonstrates optimized
rigidity and precision over time.

SM2: Link Motion High Speed Straight Side
High quality and efficient straight sides equipped with dynamically
balanced link motion technology, which offers low forming speed during
the working portion of the stroke, and accelerated slide approach and return
during the non-forming time for optimized productivity. The SM2 features
standard hydraulic overload system (HOLP), dynamic balance system to ensure
smooth and quite production. Wet type clutch & brake unit to eliminate
overheating and reduce maintenance costs.

SN1 & SL1: Cross Shaft Precision Gap Frame (Crank
or Link Motion)
Single point precision presses with crank or optional link motion (SL1),
featuring wet clutch & brake unit, rigid fabricated steel frame with
minimal deflection, precision transmission gears and rigid crankshaft
that ensure long press life with greater accuracy, and forced lubrication
system with fault monitor to ensure operational reliability. Multi-unit
SN1/SL1 can be integrated with SEYI's robotic line to create automation
situations.

SN2 (Crank) & SL2 (Link Motion)
Designed and built to exceed CNS 1st Standards, SN2 features ensure
long press life, accuracy, minimal deflection, and long-term operational
reliability. Standard features include: high torque quiet wet
clutch and brake unit, forced lubrication system with fault monitor, high
accuracy transmission gears and extra rigid crankshaft.

SNS2 & SLS2: Double Point Straight Side
SNS2 (Crank) & SLS2 (Link-Motion)
The symmetrical front and rear column structure minimizes deflection
and is most suitable for precision progressive die applications. The SNS2/SLS
features compact body design, high torque enclosed wet clutch and brake
unit, and user-friendly multi-functional control system. SNS2/SLS2
has no angular deflection which significantly extends die life and
reduces cost of tooling maintenance.
